Founder – Soumik Acharyya
Soumik Acharyya is the Founder of RND Developer & Consultant, bringing strong expertise in architecture, infrastructure planning, and engineering consultancy. He completed his Bachelor of Architecture from IIEST, Shibpur, Howrah, and Master of Transportation & Infrastructure Planning from the School of Planning & Architecture, Vijayawada.
With a professional background in architecture and infrastructure development, he established RND Developer & Consultant with the vision of delivering innovative, sustainable, and technically sound engineering solutions. His focus is on integrating modern planning, design excellence, and empowering technology to develop efficient infrastructure and construction projects.

Co-Founder – Nabagata Saha
Nabagata Saha is the Co-Founder of RND Developer & Consultant, contributing to the company’s growth in engineering, construction, and consultancy services. She completed her graduation from EIEM, Kolkata and has experience in building construction and interior development.
As a co-founder, she plays an important role in project coordination, construction supervision, and ensuring quality standards in every project undertaken by the company.
